Cats

I like CATS. Their laid back behaviour just fascinate me. It's like, they can be starving yet look so posied. The world is like a toy. 'Play and explore it if you like, dump it aside when u are sick of it'. That's their slogan.
Kitties are so beautiful. Every fur is detaily crafted and every movement is elegantly structured. Don't you just love them?

Pretty window view

Went to a client's place just now. The view from their office windows's AMAZING! The PSA ports, the coastline, the ships, the sea and the sky's just in front of you, some what like that of a beautiful painting... only that it is real and moving.
Hmm, if Heong Leong building's interior design hadn't been so odd, we could be able to see that view too. Hnnm maybe if i stare hard enough at the wall, i might JUST be able to see it. >.<
teacher Miss Ng?
Wednesday, January 25, 2006 8:48 AM
I am starting to consider giving tuition to kids (or shld i say...students).An extra 200 bucks a mnth is quite a good deal. At least i won't have to scrimp so much. According to von sao, tuitioning normal acad or sec sch students' isn't so bad. Perhaps i better start with pri sch kids. But again, these parents may have a VERY HIGH expectation on their kids and teacher... so... we shall see how. Perhaps it is time to get back to my books! Hmm, thanks goodness i have not thrown away some of the notes. I bet the syllabus has changed a lot since the last time i studied them. Hmm
Sometimes, you really need a by-stander's advice b4 you can be conviced into doing something. That's how teaching is for me.
Pineapple tarts
Tuesday, January 24, 2006 11:51 AM
It is sooo saddening to know that an aunt u always loved and respected didn't turn out to be such a great person after all.
A few years ago, my mom didn't make pineapple tarts for the Chi New Year. This aunt found out abt it, and said, 'Oh, u are not making tarts this year? Ok, i'll give u some.' As it turned out, she gave my mom all the overly roasted, charred and broken ones. The 'rejected tarts'. While she happily gave the nice and pretty once to the rest of her siblings.
What on earth is the meaning of this? My mom didn't beg you to give her the tarts. It would be much more better to not give anything to my mom. This isn't just a case of showing partialness ( or whatever the spelling is ), but a case of showing disgust and pity towards my mom, who also one of her younger sister! Damn it, who needs your tarts? My mom makes better tarts than u.
Damn, my blood boils when i think of this.
