The sky is only as big as the window

Remember the frog in the well story? I think the frog and I have something in common. (No, it's not the colour.)
To the frog, the sky is only as big as the circumference of the well. To me, the sky can only be as wide as the mrt's windows. Travelling along the NorthEast line towards Jurong East, one can get quite an amazing view of the horizon. The sky suddenly seems so wide, stretching across miles and miles of land. (ok, some exaggeration here). Freedom.
There are no high rise flats or some big assed office towers blocking the view. It's just those 2-storeys factories (which u can hardly see fm ur seat anyway), trees and sky. Then you can spot the silhouette of some buildings in the distance (which lao yan and I thought MIGHT have been M'sia's).
I wonder when I can jump out of this concrete jungle and really enjoy the sky without being separated by a piece of glass.

Tell me, tell me what are the business opportunities now?
Tell me, tell me what services/products do u need, but cannot be found in the market right now?
Tell me, tell me which organisation would wanna accept our interview?
Oh tell me, tell me where I can find a 出路?
Make up ur minds.

Home!!

Hmmm, I am missing home now. :S I miss my mommy, I miss my daddy, I miss my cat, I miss my bed, and I miss my TV!!!
Haha. Oh yes. Remember the white plump one? I haven't seen him for the past few days, and I was getting worried abt him. Today, I saw the uncle tending the Graduate Hall feeding him. Haha, ok, so he's a well fat, happy and safe cat afterall. :D Good. :D Anyway, the uncle said an Indian student living in our Hall was looking after him before that student went back to his home country. No wonder he is so plump la... even fatter than my cat. But he is more 'tei' than my cat. :p So cute la him.
Life... is actually not interesting right now.

Somehow... there's really very few things to blog about right now.
Maybe that's because I did not really participate in any school activities.. or I don't know much ppl in hall?
When ppl ask, 'Hey, so how's uni?' I would stand there and think for a moment b4 saying, 'Hmm... uni is... alright lor'
This seems really sad. Seriously. Uni = never ending tutorials, lectures and projects. But they don't seem too bad. I am not too stressed out by it, neither am I amused.
My life seems so mechanical. Every monday, we'll have a late lunch, then back to hall. Every tuesday, we'll wake up at 8.00 and rush to 2 lectures. Every wednesday, I'll be attempting to do my tutorials in the mrning, then rush to lects at 2.30. Then occasionally pon the elective lect(which ends at a whooping 8.30pm!). Every thurs, i go home and waste my whole day sleeping. Every friday I reach hall at 9.30, slack then go for 2 tuts and a lect. Then'll I waste the rest of my wkends at home again.
My my. I am a robot.
Pet cats

It's on rainy nights like wednesday that I really feel sorry for the stray cats.
The white plump one who always hangs out at my block got injured. He had a hole on his neck, and there was dried blood stain on his fur. So sad la.
We tried to clean his wound using.... tissue paper. *_* I don't think it was of much help. But he doesn't seem to be in pain. He seems more to be in itch. He's so far the friendliest cat ard our hall. :p
It was rather cold that night. I wonder how he spent his night. I think I am going to get some cat food for him next wk. :D
My pet cat is really like from a different planet from the stray ones. He's behaving like that of a 3 yr old. His Ever-Oh-So-Cute ways are just so.... Cute. :p I don't think strays will ever behave like him. Hahaha.
